How to manage your subscription purchased on our website?
If your current plan was started on our website, please reach out to High.diet customer support and request a cancellation.
To help us find your account quickly, include the following in your message:
- A clear request to cancel (for example: “Cancel my High.diet subscription”).
- The same email you used to subscribe and log into the High.diet app (or include that email in your message).
- Any other details that could help identify your account, such as a payment receipt or purchase confirmation email. Please note that the proof of purchase email must be original (not forwarded or replied to) and uncropped.
