How to set up your first meal plan?
Setting up your personalized meal plan is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Complete the quiz to share your goals and preferences.
- Purchase your subscription to unlock full access to the application.
- Download the app and log into your account (or log in on the web app).
- After logging in, tap Generate my plan when it appears to create your first meal plan.
